SHIPPING OPTIONS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
国内通常配送はヤマト運輸にて¥600で発送しております。発送日の翌日～2日程度でお手元に到着します。※遠隔地は数日要します。時間帯の指定をされたい方は備考欄にご記入ください。追跡番号は発送後追ってお知らせ致します。
また通常発送までに3-7日頂いております。

Regular orders are shipped by Yamato-unyu Service which typically takes next day to two days and charges ¥600.
The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed but we ship goods out within 3-7days.
If you want to specify the time, please comment the date and time you want to when you checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally with Japan Postal Service . Shipping to oversea is $10. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery once we have sent it off.
Tax and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We can send off by EMS for $20 for 4-7days delivery. Please contact us before purchase.
Returns & Refunds
返品は届いてから未使用の状態で3日以内にご連絡いただいた場合のみ、送料無料だった場合は初回の送料と決済手数料を除いた金額、もしくは全額ストアクレジットにすることができます。返品される前に一度ご連絡ください。info@rbwolves.com
返品の際の送料はお客様負担になります。
カスタムオーダーやセールアイテムはどのような場合も返品することはできませんのでご了承ください。
